Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and aren't available for services and digital products from Raj Arora, trading as DigiEd Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
In short: we want you to be happy with our work. Where something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, talk to us — we'll always try to make it right. Money already spent on ad platforms, and time already worked, generally can't be refunded.
1. Marketing & advertising services
Fees for services (setup, management, retainers, consulting) cover the time, expertise and work delivered. Once work has begun or been delivered for a given period, those fees are generally non-refundable. If you wish to stop working together, you can end the engagement in line with the notice terms in your agreement, and you won't be charged for future periods not yet started.
2. Advertising spend
Money you pay directly to advertising platforms such as Meta and Google is controlled by those platforms, not by us. It is spent on delivering your ads and is not refundable by us. Any refund of ad spend is subject to the platform's own policies.
3. Consultations & calls
Paid consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please give us reasonable notice and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
4. Digital products & courses
For digital products, playbooks or courses, refunds may be available only where clearly stated at the time of purchase, and typically only if you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the material. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds once it has been accessed, unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a concern, email support@rajarora.in with your name, what you purchased, the date, and the reason for your request. We'll review it fairly and respond promptly.
6. Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days), depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
