At DigiEd Ventures, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, consultations, and learning experiences. To maintain transparency and build trust, we’ve outlined our refund policy clearly below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Agency Services: Refunds can be requested within 2 days from the date of purchase, provided the service has not been initiated or delivered.
  • Consultancy Services: Refunds can be requested within 2 days from the date of purchase, provided the consultation has not been scheduled or completed.
  • Digital Courses: Refunds can be requested within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided course access has not progressed beyond initial modules or trial sections.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refund will be issued once any part of the service has been processed, delivered, or accessed—including but not limited to creative assets, landing pages, consultations, campaign setup, or course materials.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind or lack of usage after access has been granted or service work has started.

Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be credited within 15 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
